this is really a perfect game of skate: great, technical skateboarding, consistency, clear style differences (john’s deliberacy vs. Aaron’s double flips lmao), and best of all Aaron’s battle and new trick unlocked at the end ❤
I love the way that Johns tricks get progressively harder and how he has both heelflip and kickflip tricks
Aaron is a true legend. He’s like the skateboarding teacher the hero has to wake up to teach him all the secrets.

Mutant game of skate where a trick is set by the offense then defended then the defender adds to the trick and the offense attempts to defend the mutated trick resulting in possibly the longest game of skate this idea popped into my head as I was watching this video

Love these videos! What if you got a bunch of those round thick cylinder candles you see at christmas time and heat the ends up to connect them and make a long candle rail! Maybe use a 2x6x12 laid down (for support) and a couple 2x4x12's laid on top, on their sides towards the middle with a 1-2" gap between the 2 2x4's for the rail to sit into. I think it could take the board slides but not sure about the 50/50's.

Yeah when he lived in LA and I was down there a ton we filmed together at least once a month. Now I stuck mainly in SF and he moved to NYC and then Texas
