Connecting DMSS App to a New Mobile Device

If you've got a new mobile device and need to access your DMSS app, then follow along our video for a step-by-step guide with pictures or see the instructions below:
Connecting your DMSS on a new mobile device:
• On your old device open the app and select the ‘me’ icon in the bottom right corner.
• Then select export device at the top of the screen.
• Select which system you would like to share to your new app.
• Now choose create device card.
• You will be asked if you would like to create a password, this provides more protection when connecting devices but is not compulsory.
• Once successfully created, the card device will display a QR code to scan on your new app.
• To scan the QR code go onto your new device and open the DMSS app.
• Select the + button in the top right corner.
• There are three ways to connect the device on your new app, select the
SN/Scan option to scan the QR code.
• Now scan the QR code on your new device and enter the password if you chose to set one.
• Your system should now be set up on your new device.
