How about age rasicm? I have keep hearing as older you are as more difficult to entry and more pricly entry fee at some BKK saunas? You should introduce not fancy issues too, reality of those places.
If u want true ageism and body judgements u would be shocked of Seoul. Three venues I know have signs in that may at times have their sign in English. Muscle fit and firm are almost required. Under 30 is one price, under 40 is another and 45 and over are “declined”. In Bkk couple of places will not charge under 23 but those over 45 pay three times the price.

In Palm Springs, California, USA, there are a lot of bars hotels and baths, and some that combine all three. CCBC is the largest “Gay Resort” in the world (I think), it is essentially a large apartment complex at one time that they bought, fenced off from the surrounding area, and turned into a resort. The weather is wonderful, and there are a lot of activity areas connected by a big circular walking trail around the property. Add in outdoor pools, decking for sunbathers, theme weekends, and rooms with things like large showers with a huge window for watchers outside. It is definitely a wild fun way to spend the weekend or visit for a few hours. 541 is a xes club. 😊

That is the sad part of Asia sauna of low maintenance, usually I will not use the mattress.
But good thing is I do see them do cleaning ^_^
