Doesn't matter how may people owed the share, once the company redistered under law and the liiabilities become limited . Usually if a company open to the stock market and sell its shares, they are tring to raise fund for expanding thier business, so, should be more than 2 or above to hold those shares as that must be a pretty big amount . Partnership that owed by several people metioned in the lecture , its liablities is unlimited just like sole trader does. im pretty new to accounting, if my answer is wrong pls just ignore haha.
