Been on it for 3 years now. Super reliable and did not affect mpg unless you send it. Transmission tho…. The dsg is shifting hard after doing launches here and there. But overall happy with it. I obviously have all the supporting mods that you should do.
The car driver's response to my comments shows that he knows nothing about the car he claims to drive. Do not trust anything he says - he does not even know the difference between a stage 1 and stage 2 tune.
Which brand of ECU tune did you choose? I wonder if ECU tune is mandatory for air intake installation? Because I want the intake sound but not going after stage 1 HP.
Pete Chen if it still counts, your ecu has nothing to do w installing an intake. If u just want the woosh sound then feel free to install the intake without worrying about any tune or engine codes

Wait, you're at 285 whp. The B9 Unitronic Stage 1+ tune gives 311hp Crank, which turns out to be ~279 WHP. . So even with mods you are not much higher than that?

Grant Bradley Yes, I changed 034 HFC. Depends on the relationship with your dealer, they have the decision on that. And I just changed HFC to catless one, which I will upload a video next week on that!

TheGoldenTheory never got the tune on the tts, however just had bilsteen coil overs installed on the Avant, installed a set of Michelin super sport tires w BBS wheels also. Waiting on the availability on the ko4 turbo upgrade through CTS. Then will proceed with an intake, hi flow cat,stage 2 tune, and down pipe.However did manage to order a CTS intercooler for the wagon,will have it installed prior to turbo. I will post a video on UA-cam once I get all the mods installed. Thanks for inquiring!

@@YaodeChain Stage 1 is only an ECU remap. Changes to the externals make it a Stage 2. A Stage 3 would mean changes to the engine internals. This is common knowledge in the tuning world.

No, I was wondering that myself to be honest. Yours look like the s4 or rs4 lights to me. Mine don’t wrap all the way around, it’s only an LED line across the top

I am getting a stage 1 tune tomorro my car is a a4 b9 v6 66 plate with 218 HP but the stage 1 apparently will take it up to 320hp with 521nm torque.

Yes it will, it’s the same as the S4 intercooler. But to get that power you need a tune

Because there was no Stage 2 at that time. Also not much difference between stage 1 and stage 2 with pump gas on this platform.

I didn’t have any problems with the APR Stage1, IE Stage2. Now, I am running Stage 3, and still all good. No, I didn’t have spacers on my wheels.

the b9 2017 a4 has 252 hp stock i think with 273 ft/lb of torque, stage 1 brings that to 314hp and 380 something torque i think

FullSend 845 APR offers a test pipe file to clear the check engine light that causes by catalyst.

Audi claim 150 PS but it usually a little over 160 PS.
Approximately how much did you spend to get to these result? Nice numbers (almost an S4/S5 numbers stock)

Where did you see mine ? I haven’t put it up anywhere. Mine also are the ones just with a half led line across the top that look so dull .
Everyone be advised. Only Cat converters and ecu tunes give power. Everything else is just for sound like intake and exhaust
