It's amazing how lucky Alfie has been. He took a beating for Spencer (orders of Jack Dalton), taunted Andy Hunter, stood up to Johnny Allen and stole money from Phil...and still lived to tell the tale! 😂
I'd notice looking back on some of the old clips that Johnny respected Alfie quite a bit. Maybe cause Alfie was a man who said how he felt and stood up for himself, probs why Johnny liked him.
Exactly! They were both old school and I think Johnny could see how Alfie tried looking out for his cousins and their Nana, and didn't appear to tread on anyone's toes and meddle. Alfie knew where he stood and Johnny appreciated that.
True, especially considering Phil was intimidated by Andy in 2003 so much that he grassed up Dennis to him, there’s no way Johnny should have looked so pathetic in his feud with the Mitchell’s
The amount of times Jonny failed to kill The Mitchells borderlined Sideshow Bob & Bart Simpson, Jake actually killed his own brother to save two strangers and Jonny actually handed himself into the police to stop Ruby having a tantrum (and he still mention any of Phil's involvement even when confessing to crimes Ruby didn't know about).
@@stemple11100 worse thing is Jonny actually came of as the victim when he was supposed to be the villain. It looked more like a mild man who got pushed into a corner rather than a big time gangster everyone was supposed to be scared of.
Johnny liked Alfie and was 💯 on his side against Andy. Probably one of the reasons Johnny killed Andy was because of his evil bullying of Alfie and his family. That’s not how being a gangster in the East End worked. Not under Johnny’s code anyway. Hence why he went back on his plan to allow Andy to take over his business.
When Johnny was active he had just big as firm as dalton, besides dalton was dead when Johnny came back to Walford so he was hardly treading on anyones toes

Johnny calls Andy a push-over yet kills him a week later due to feeling threatened by him 😂 Johnny was seriously lucky Andy underestimated him and his willingness to kill.
@@Floppy-Phallus Johnny definitely felt threatened too, Andy was far more powerful and Johnny would’ve died way sooner if Andy didn’t underestimate him. Andy was the real deal, no gangster in the history of EastEnders could go up against him in a feud.

there was no luck involved with the stealing money from Phil he knew Phil's all bark and no bite.
Johny respected him he was polite and respectful
Didn't just taunt Andy hunter, stole his fiance
Andy did get him back for it with the video tape of him n Kat. Kalfie split up for over a year because of Andy
@@gh0510 But Alfie is still alive - that was my point!
This was proper Johnny Allen

Yes can tell could of been friends if they plot went that way johny could tell Alfie was what you see is what you get could trust him unlike Andy

Johnny Allan was the perfect villain
Johnny was waaaaay cooler when he was first in it. He defo got softer as it went on and was effected by the mitchells plot armour

Johnny scares me 1000000x more than andy hunter 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
He was a bigger gangster then Andy
2003-2005, 2007-2010 era of Eastenders will take some topping
I never really liked 2007 -2010 I was spoilt by 2002-2005 I think lol 2001 was good too .
