There are a few different ways you can get involved without being a pilot! I would encourage you to start by getting involved with the RAF community. From there, you never know who you'll meet and what opportunities will arise to get further involved in aviation. You can look at our Event Calendar on our website for upcoming events in your area: theraf.org/events-calendar/ I'd recommend looking for a work party you can attend. You can also contact our volunteers in your state/region to see if there are any events you can help out at. Our volunteers are listed on theraf.org under the menu item About > People
