no way! i just found your channel yesterday, i saw the pigeon and i wasnt expecting a whole new video just to release today after i realised it was quite a while ago and you stopped posting updates about it! Worth a subscribe
I thought I should do an update on it as quite a few people have seen the old video over the last couple of weeks and it had been so long since the last video! I will be getting more regular videos of the pigeon along side the Pennyfarming build and other non-motorized things getting engines!
Dude! Your sheet metal skills are next level! I'd love to have a crack at a drivetrain for it, but given that it falls over if you get into it wrong, the moped engine is probably enough.
@PatonMachines lol maybe not a busa. I'd probably go something like a KE70 diff, narrowed to fit, and chain drive it with a Ninja 300 motor, made to look like its being transported on a little pallet in the back. Put a ratchet strap over it. For the headlights, maybe just hang an LED bar off the front or mount it on the hood? That's a tricky one.
Haha it's been a long term on and off build but will have regular videos in amongst my other builds. Hope you also enjoy PennyFarming and other engines on non engine things 😁
Bro that is amazing. The dismount is a bit sketchy but besides that, it's a beauty! But also I'm a little dumb, I forgot I down actually own beamng so even if I wanted to recreate it I don't actually own the game. I was using family share to play it. but after a steam update the rules regarding family sharing changed and it has to be with people nearby and my friends live in Australia and I'm in the U.S 😭
My favourite part is definitely the tailgate mate, not even sarcasm. It’s the little things. Goodjob I follow along on other platforms good to see 🤙🏽🤙🏽❤️
I absolutely love this project, the work and dedication is amazing, but i think it mightve been better to do it 1.5-2 oil drums wide just for scale, since in-game its a small 3-wheeled truck
I had to do it as small as possible and still fit in it if I wanted any hope of legally driving it on the road. I think it has turned out to be a perfect size 😊
Oh my god man! This looks amazing, you must of put SO MUCH effort into this, this video is so underated aswell. Also I love your video man and your work!!!
Honestly the oil barrel body is not only sick looking but 100% feasible that a cheap ass tin can truck like this would actually be made out of whatever recycled steel they got delivered to the factory. Like no pigeon has the same type of metal, its all just "jungle juice"
Cut yourself some slack over some of the details being a bit janky right now. It's certainly better than any of us are able to do and it's a project that as far as I know nobody else has ever attempted so to all of us it's incredibly impressive
I honestly don't really see why this wouldn't be street-legal, since under the shell it's just a stretched Honda Gyro Moped. Unless the shell changes its classification to something with stricter regulations?
Next up, a video of me wiring up lights in the shed 😂 na, I've got a one day build making a motorized accessory for my wife.... I don't think she'll be impressed with it though 😂
If the beam devs dont add a nodeoline themed oil drum livery to match your real life pigeon i’d be very surprised

The steel drums used to make the body give it the perfect racing livery!
I was initially planning on painting it but it looks so good as it is!
@@PatonMachines when will you add a lock to the doors?
Plus, you need seatbelts, actual steering wheel to make the pigeon technically a car
I'll add locks after the power windows go in!
It needs to retain the handlebars to be classed a moped. And need to wear a helmet so a seatbelt isn't necessary
One oil drum wide. There's a fun unit of measure.
A unit of measurement I think we can all appreciate no matter what country we're from.
Metrics or Imperials, all agree oil barrel is a standard measuring unit
Scrap pile mans unit of measure!
that thing so small you can casually store it in a shelf like a box
Haha yeah It needs a display box for the wall!

Central driving position, mid engine, rear wheel drive, Mate you have made a McLaren F1!
Squint hard enough and it's a McLaren pickup truck!
Insane that it's made of oil drums lol
Hey I saw this at the Timaru horsepower rally last weekend along with some of your other creations, pretty cool stuff.
Hey, thanks!
would be really funny to see muye drive this irl

when you finish it, pull up to bunnings and drive into the lumber section, ask em to put some timber in and act normal about the car

Where's the Muye's comment?
Probably about 18 months ago since his last statement!
