- Leaving Lldm or any conservative church/sect/cult is very tough. We either go out and try and enjoy the "world" or try and forget about Lldm and try to move past it but we often forget about our own mental well being.
in this video, I talk about the importance of mental health and use some of my own personal examples on how leaving lldm has affected me and how I try to move forward in this new journey.

@@theabilobby Hey i was once in your shoes just like a lot us who listened to what you had to say. If there is something we all gained in living thru that past is a new way of looking at the world and how manipulation is everywhere you see.
Thank you. Thanks for putting yourself out there so that others won't feel so alone. My daughter is really going through it and it breaks my heart to read some of her posts on Facebook. I sang in the choir for a number of years and I loved it.. sang my heart out and especially loved singing UNANIMES... Unanimes cantad, Las voces levantad, ofrenda de loor dad al Senor...😢😥... and VENID VENID, Cantad la bella historia! When we were singing songs of praise and adoration of God and Jesus Christ my soul filled with joy... but then we began learning songs of election, songs like AL GRAN APOSTOL rindamos honores.. my heart was never in it, just sang the words. Those days of joy singing to the Lord I will never have back again.. but I have not stopped believing in God, only stopped believing in the false doctrine of that false church. God will help us through this. He knows.
@Elizabeth Schuffert I know that feeling. Hey, I still be singing or humming election songs not because of the lyrics but I enjoyed the tones (and that's what I grew up learning and knowing too) Choir in lldm had its own culture too. I put my heart and soul in singing, teaching, and directing. I know that feeling:/ Thank you for taking your time and watching this video and sharing a bit of your story too.

Thank you for sharing your story, I left church 2 years ago and I had those struggles too, but it will pass I’m doing great now, I’m happier and thankful that I see things as they truly are. God bless you
