Terrible. When you get the cheese you split it apart kind of in the shape of tape, lay it on your tongue like a bandaid, best way to get the flavor.
when you eat it in long thin strands, it increases the surface area of the cheese and makes it more flavorful. Eat it however you want but its your loss
