If it's for your health, you definitely should cut it. I like long hair on men--if it's nice hair that nicely groomed. That said, I shave off my long hair years ago, and keep it shaved all over. It's just so simple and convenient, and I think it looks good.
I would definitely cut it bird so you don't get sick I would cut it short on the sides and longer on top not to long thow that would be nice
