- For over 30 years one man has been known worldwide as "The Ninja". That man is master martial artist and action movie legend Sho Kosugi. This compilation video chronicling all of his ninja roles on screen and on stage, shows exactly why that is. From his scene-stealing star-making debut in ENTER THE NINJA (1981) to his triumphant return in NINJA ASSASSIN (2009), Sho Kosugi has portrayed ninja assassins, ninja warriors, and ninja masters in all forms of media including movies, tv series, tv commercials, instructional videos and tv shows, stage shows, video games, magazines, and posters. He truly is THE ninja.

Awesome! Any respectable martial artist (especially an 80's Ninja) LOVES to watch the SHO !!!
Sho Kosugi was and i still believe is a REAL NINJA...big Sho Kosugi fan here always have and always will!
Temboz The man in the 80's his sons are unreal to.
He's not a REAL ninja, only in that*he was never a paid assasin*other than that he has all the skillsets to perform 'Ninjitsu'.
The man is a legend !
When I was a kid Sho had a shop in Alhambra ca,my mom bought me a ninja suit from there I was all happy, seen Sho there a couple times.
I absolutely love Sho Kosugi Ninja films. He's the best!
Who else here thinks that Sho would've made a perfect Shredder/Oroku Saki in a TMNT movie?
Reggie Park hell yeah
Indeed.
I grew up during the ninja craze in the 80s. Sho kosugi was my hero back then. I forgot over the years how great a martial artist he was. He would have made an awesome villain in the expendables
The real deal. His movies were awesome.
Enter the Ninja was my first ninja movie ever! Thank you Sho Kosugi sensei!
Love his movies he's the best 😚😚🌷🌷😍😍🙏🙏 love him
Sho Kosugi is one of my favourite martial arrts movie stars.
John Ashforth Yes! A Real Legendary Ninja Warrior

Bad ass !! Back in the day... Love it
Sho kosugi my best ninja action star thumbs up
The legend of all ninjas.
Sho..you're the reason I got into martial arts. I love Bruce Lee don't get me wrong but after watching you and reading about you I so wanted to be a Ninja. I still work on my art form because of you. Thanks for being a great role model when I was 8 yrs old.
A martial artist I could watch over and over again.
Sho kusogi is a legend he's the best ninja actor ever
Your movies were absolutely awesome.
Mostly because of Sho Kosugi, when I was little, I wanted to be a ninja.
yeah same here he kicks ass
Awesome!
Revenge of the Ninja is definitely my favorite. As a kid I was obsessed with Braidens character. "The golden mask Ninja"
I actually like this guy better then Bruce Lee and chuck Norris. sho kosugi. pray for death was my favorite. t.v. show the master when he wore the chain mask.
The Master was just released last month on DVD and blueray and I've been for it for years .It's finally out on Amazon.
great video!!!!!!!!!thank you for share it!!!!please can you find some interview of sho kosugi from ninja assassin?
There will never be another Sho!!!
They need to get Sho Kosugi on Cobra kai.
Love all of these uploads. Fantastic! "The Ninja" Sho Kosugi👍😊 Thank You😎😊👍
As far as I'm concerned, Sho Kosugi was the last true ninja. If anyone ever makes a movie about Hattori Hanzo Kosugi should have a major influence in that film to honor his work and the ninja in general.
Great video. I grew up watching Sho. Started out with the tv series "The Master" with Lee Van Cliff and that led to me being a huge fan of him and his films., Thanks for this video it is just great.
That was excellent
Happy Birthday to the Agent of Missionary Shogun. Represent from [Nippon] Tokyo, Empire of Japan. Sho Kosugi. A man who has the Art of Invisibility and the atomizing strength of the warrior is here to prove himself to be the outstanding event that no one shall have what ti takes to outsmart him and his ninja skill in the adventure of Assassins Master Quest.
Sho Kosugi make incredible impact to be amazing in many events that makes him 100% famous for the Emperor Shogun which admire his judgment to be a Martial Arts Hero.
Revenge of the Ninja
Ninja III: The Domination
Pray for Death
=best ninja movies ever
I remember that Honda Hurricane commercial.. I said hey,"that's Sho kusugi !" Badass!! Thats when the Ninja motorcycle, and the Honda Hurricane motorcycle were in competition..🤜🏽⚡⚡🤛🏽
I watched Revenge of the Ninja at the drive-in, along with Commando
as a double feature. I was 10 years old. Good times.
Sho Kosugi do you know you raised me sir. Do you know the most evilest character to hunt me in my dreams was Hasogawa from Enter the Ninja. Then you go turn into a hero on Revenge of the Ninja, Ninja III Domination and 9 Deaths of the Ninja. You're like my uncle for real
Same here .prey for death
I love "The Ninja", he's the best.
Best ever 👍🏽😎👍🏽
Verdadero maestro ninja, trabajo en producciones hong kong de ninja, icono del cine de acción ochentero.
I SO WANT TO BE A NINJA 🗡
He's the best people👍👍👍👍👍
he's the best!!!
The man is the GOD of Ninja movies!!! Own them all.
Hes my favorite fake ninja ,no one fakes being a ninja as good as the master Sho Kosugi.
He's put in a lot of work for sure. Been busy for a long time. I could tell that although he wasn't flashy, or very fast, like Bruce Lee, he was of a different breed. Just as effective. Just as lethal. Mire than one way to cook a chicken.
Sho is a Real legend in Ninja movies he was the First "real" Ninja on the Big screen, and was imitated over the next decades with Hundreds of lower class cheesy movies and some good ones among them :)
A legend!
Been a big fan of his since Revenge of the Ninja
Why hasnt he been featured in an Expendables movie???
Cause a ninja can only kill a ninja
@@bryanbirdcreek5618 Ah geez. You had to go there 😆
@@tempestates13 was it not said lol

LOVE IT!
O artista marcial que mais divulgou o Ninjutsu através de seu talento e do Cinema.
Ohh great the man is in
That guy, the plantation owner, was foolish to think he could even take on a ninja in that scene from Enter The Ninja.
How to be a ninja just watch the man Sho Kosugi.
Foi o cara!!
これぞ、ショーコスギの最高傑作。
Shoka shugi is a master ninja and deserves respect ummmmmmm
10:00 Kawasaki Ninja vs Honda's Hurricane (cbr 600). Clever. Very clever, Honda.
the best ninja
He played most of the ninja extras too. So talented. And btw, attacking ninjas would never wear red sashes. Lol.
I have a question.. Was scene 3:22 the scene where he gets hit in the eye with a Ninja star in any other movie then Ninja 3 The Domination?
i like
THE ONE GREAT MASTER SENSEI 🥰🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
The Maroon Ninja, because fuck blending in
Sensei sho as a ninja master after karate And aikido he learned ninjustu In Japan after his belts In karate And aikido
He is "Rikimaru"
He played a ninja so well.
If you're a ninja and you've been seen you've failed!! :)
Guilty pleasure films. Like anime. They are what they are. But having said that I'd love to see ninja film that tried to go for realism...they would stay hidden and not be heard. Stepping in and out of shadows. Not wear white or red uniforms or black in broad daylight. :) And what was with the "knights of the round table ninja helmet"??? LOL!!
You forgot to put in the movie Black eagle with sho kosugi and JCVD in it
Black Eagle is not missing. This video compilation is only for Sho Kosugi's NINJA roles.
For a compilation of all his roles see my other video compilation:

In "Gali" (at 11.45) you can see him fighting his son Kane Kosugi (with the white pants).
T. Versteeg This is what happens when you don't clean your room lol
Loved Sho's ninja flicks for what they were. Cheesy ridiculous ninja fun. Ninjas are supposed to appear in the dark of night. Not to be seen. If moving in the day you'd think they would use camo or a uniform colour to disappear in the environment. No naked chicks?? :)
Ninjato nya ada dapat dan tutupnya
I want Sho Kosugi to be my grandfather.
"Grampa, tell me again about when you stabbed a guy in the head."
You know as cool as Sho Kasugi is in my book I have always found the fight in abandon house from Ninja Three the Domination to be one of the most ridiculous fights I've ever seen in a movie. Especially when the lady's throwing crap from the second floor and they end up just shouting Kia at each other for a good thirty seconds. It's rediculas, and yes I know that the promise of the movie is the spirit of an evil ninja possess a telephone line repair worker/ aerobics instructor but if the premises is silly you should at least have some good fight sences.
I like that movie Ninja the Domination this demon Ninja it all most about the last ninja 2 old c64 game story where you have to kill the spirit of an evil Shogun
I like that movie Ninja the Domination this demon Ninja it all most about the last ninja 2 old c64 game story where you have to kill the spirit of an evil Shogun
How about the ridiculous opening sequence on the golf course.
@@robwalsh9843 yeah a guy in brown green pajamas walks on to an open golf corse and starts haking people like a slasher villian. The real stealth kills don't start until he "Possesses" the girl. Then she goes ultra stealth, with poisons, bow & arrows, and surprise attacks. If it hadn't for the few moments were the spirits shows it self I would have just said she was an undercover ninja and he was just uploading his mission so she could avenge his death.
⛩🇯🇵🥋👺🙏

Rodrigo Duterte president has my friends
I Lick This Movies
I thought a ninja was suppose to blend in?? Red and white uniforms do not match green grass and bamboo, white is winter ninja uniform. Red is ??? Silly
@Keller Smith fool? No you're the fucking idiot because in real they didn't wear uniforms like this, so screw you
@Keller Smith Also Ninjas wore casual wear when engaging in daytime infiltration. They're spy assassins.
If I’m correct, it’s a training session
The scene should play at night and not in broad daylight. But due to tecnical difficulties on the film set at the philippines and a small budget they cancelled the night shot. Wonder why they did´nt fake it to "night at day" which was common practice in cinema historie. During a night scene the red wouöd look real dark but different from real black, which was important for the audience. Yes, looks silly like many other scenes. I wish they would make a remake with a good budget and a bigger studio than cannon in the past.
