Another Rhino Corner Blend, Setback Fillet

  • Another version of a corner blend. This is a situation where the fillets are setback. The tangency isn't perfect and it's not the ideal way to deal with a multiblend but it ~kind~ of works. I had my mesh settings turned down which is why it appeared there were some gaps along the edges of the area that I was working on (just render artifacts). Afterwards I joined the surfaces into one polysurface and there were no naked edges and no non-manifold edges.

    For Y-shape, a good way is to use a dummy surface for initial surface matching... imo

    one step variable filleting may help on this as well.

    dude. your tangencies seem broken at the final surface. don't think that 3 line surface did the trick. better go with Patch.

    They didn't blend.
