Hi Lil Red. I'm from New Zealand and I'm a professional interior - exterior decorator and you two ladies have done a great job. I remember watching some of the first year work you two were doing and I was thinking ,boy these ladies have set themselves a task. Your mum was so awesome, supporting, helping, with love and any way she could. I see where you get the drive from your wonderful mum and Dad. Anybody can start something but can they finish it. This project would have been hard because of the work you both had to do under sometimes cold and wet conditions with no proper heat except for the fire cooker also hot water issues. I could go on and on about how much you both impress me. The farm house has got back its glory and then some. So I'm simply going to say congratulations on such a beautiful job well done. 💕

Wow! Great job on the farm house. This house reminds me of some of my family that lived in old farm houses. My Grandparents didn't have running water or an indoor bathroom until 1985 when the moved to a senior housing complex.
Now that's an amazing transformation! You saved the old farmhouse!!! KUDOS!!!

It's been awhile since I've checked in, and the farm house renos look great! You've come a long way with it. The only thing that i can see needed are handrails on the front steps attaching to the porch. One slip on those stones steps and you'd wished you had installed them. They have antique black iron rails that will match the house or go with wood. Congratulations!

If I think about all the stress that everyone one feel from the others around us almost 24/7, with the job, the elecricity and of course the electro smog/wlan and 2G/3G/5G around us. That cant be good in anyway for a human beeing. I mean, you look so healthy and calm and happy, everytime I see you. Nice to see the difference, nice to see the complete "other , healthy world"!

Hello all the way from Ireland, I'm living vicariously through y'all
You girls did a good job. Let me give you a little help, Those old windows will make it hard to heat at time. Being poor when i was young i lived in a house with the same kind of windows. When the wife became pregnant i decided the house needed to be warmer. So i bought bat insulation and i made insulated bats for each windows. Cut it to size plus 1" all around, wrapped it with black visqueen plastic. House became livable. Raise the temperature about 30 degrees. Did not have to stay up all night to use the fireplace.
You are amazing . Your channel is definitely my favorite . Love the farm house . Your parents did a great job teaching you how to live a good life. All the best to you .

I don't always catch your videos but I think it's not just the farmhouse that had a update. Heidi you seem, how can I say this, much more busty. You definitely have a wonderful look.
That looks great! A lot of work went into that and so satisfying that it was brought back into a beautiful working home again. I would get a large generator just in case of emergency power outage for days or weeks. You mentioned in a previous video it is in the middle of nowhere so a few security cameras that can be monitored with a cell phone, in case of intruders.
