Hey man amazing video, and you chose a great pricing, I have a question that what if client decides to cancel the subscription after a few months so in that case what you do about their website cause you would still be paying hosting fee to GHL?

That was my next question lol also Jasper can you do more on the onboard process too, contracts? Onboarding checklist?, VA assignments?, show us behind the curtains literally no one else on YT is really covering the "after you close a client" then what - snapshot integrations, workflows, etc
Great video brother! but so many questions left unanswered... So you are basically giving your clients reputation management, the GHL crm, pre-built automations, ongoing SEO and even a weekly newsletter for just $199/m?? That is a lot of work for just $199. How many articles are you writing per month, how many keywords, backlinks? Guest blogging? You don't rank a website on just blog writing alone.. Webflow instead of GHL? I don't mean to call you out or anything I'm just trying to understand how you are able to provide so much on top of paying a VA and still be profitable.
Normally I charge $499/month for these services but I really liked this Client and gave him a good deal. I outsource my seo work to a VA and the costs are minimal. We have other seo strategies that are more simple to get them ranked that don’t include a ton of upkeep. Webflow can build more custom sites than GHL and are better for on page seo

Hey Jasper, I was thinking of uploading some cold calls / sales calls to UA-cam. I see you redacted your clients' images. Did you have to get permission to publish this, or is it ok to publish as long as identifiable info is redacted (face image and business name, for example)? Thanks!
How are you handling HIPAA compliance? Since these are chiropractors their website must comply and you are on the hook for it. I ask because I want to target dentists but the compliance hurdle is holding me back. Thanks for your answer in advance and great content by the way.
It’s not a huge issue if you’re only dealing with name, email and phone numbers of leads

Webflow is not better in terms of SEO than GHL. The websites just look nicer and my web developer can build them faster in Webflow. And yes I cover their monthly cost as part of the subscription I charge them

How did you get the guy to agree to a 20 minute zoom on a cold call so fast. Was there anything else edited out, or I'm amazed he wouldn't have wanted to at least take a look before committing to 20 min zoom. Also, he even brought other people to the zoom, had you sent him your website or trust building stuff before the zoom to get them to show up or trust you?
The cold call was edited. I talked to him for 15 minutes in the cold call but I cut out all the chit chat so the video wouldn’t be so long

It's fricking crazy to take an extra 1k per new page that you can literally just use the GHL template and have it done in like 5 seconds and then just add business information and change it a bit. I wouldn't be able to just take their money even if they wanted it, I would feel like I scam them. But everything else like creating your subscription and plans its fine but just that website setup fee is a bit too high for my taste.
It actually is time consuming! It isn’t as easy depending on what the client wants

ill be real... worst cold call opener i've ever seen - "hi there im names NAME" wich is fine but no one cares that your with "web juice" as soon as you say your working on behalf or with a company they are 80% more inclined to end the call
