For sure! The extension is an add-on component that you connect and insert at the elbow joint. Most of our components run off of an Aluminum Ball and socket system vs rubber. Our ball is 20mm in diameter which is a tad smaller than the 1" Rubber Ram Ball, although it's designed to support the same weight load, but with a slightly lower profile footprint.
