Is it better to train at a gym where you have friends even if the competition isn’t as high quality or should you always go to the best gym in town? Maybe different skill levels would have different needs? Good pod this week! The stories make me want to fix my old dirt bike that hasn’t been touched in the garage for about a year 🦅

I feel like jay needs a good coach. like one person telling what he should and shouldn't do. All the other B Team guys trained under John when they were coming up, so its a lot easier for them succeed in B Team's collaborative coaching style. Just from an outsider looking in I just think that jay needs a bit more structure.🦅
