To this day, I still think Tyler Christopher was the best actor to ever grace the halls of General Hospital. I really miss what he brought to the show and how much he elevated the cast around him. Jonathan Jackson's best performances were always opposite Tyler -- from their very first scenes together and here 15 years later.
Excellent acting. No one can play the dark, brooding prince like Tyler Christopher. When he said he ending up hurting the ones he loves the most, got to me. Emily was everything to Nikolas.
So...I've never and seen this and OH MY LORD....First of all GH had some of the BEST younger actors on daytime or anywhere..And it's was so worth it to have this scene with all are the original actors of each character. Actually this scene was a throwback to the great days of GH in the 90's. All heart, soul, a little humor, and even Helena at the end. Bravo.
It seems it always takes Lucky some time but eventually, he does forgive people he loves. But Nikolas also forgives. They have come a long way since teenagers. Love these guys.
Unlikely. Even if educated in English, he likely would have been educated by British teachers not American ones and thus had a British accent not an American one.A la the older generation of Cassadines (Mikkos, Victor (both of them), Tony and the first two Helenas). All had English accents (more or less). If you've ever seen interviews of wealthy people from around the world whose native language is not English but speak it fluently, you notice that when speaking English, they have British-sounding accents with a hint of an accent from their native land. Still, that doesn't explain why Stavros, Stefan, Alexis, Valentin, Petros and last Helena would all sound like they came from middle America. Lastly, why would Nikolas have grown up in Russia? No member of the Romanov family had lived in Russia since the Revolution. Besides, Stefan told stories of their relatives having fled Russia during the Revolution with valuables hidden. The Cassadines arrived back in PC in 1996. "Growing up" in Russia would have meant Soviet Russia. At best, he may have experienced post soviet Russia, which only gives him 3,4 years there and at a time when the country was in chaos under Yeltsin. He would not have developed a Russian accent. He grew up in Greece and, if anything, would have a Greek-tinged British accent. All in all, chalk it up to lazy, inconsistent writing of GH.
@@GaelinWTo sum it down, he could’ve learned it from music. Sneaking TV and movies. Lots of people from other countries learn English that way. Practicing accents.
Lucky already had a new wife at this time, Siobhan and she was in the hospital since Elizabeth tried to kill or incapacitate her. YES I said it! Elizabeth was desperate and realized Siobhan was with Lucky and really was an obstacle for her, because Lucky wasn't leaving Siobhan.. During the surgery Matt Hunter, MD gave Elizabeth the idea on how she could get away with giving Siobhan the wrong medication.
You're not the only one who is pissed there weren't any goodbye scenes with Alexis.....this is still Guza's writing so she prob won't even know/mention he is gone... LOL
How the hell do they bastardize this version of Nikolas several years later, by turning him into an absentee father that makes a baby with his son's girlfriend???

Wonderful actors!! Tyler & JJ are the only Nicholas & Lucky. I miss them.
Tyler & JJ were awesome together! They had me crying like a baby

I watch this scene at least once per year. The dialogue and acting was FLAWLESS. Superb.
The accent and "Farewell" at the end reminded me why I always thought Tyler was so damn sexy as Nikolas 💯💯💯
i miss scenes between Tyler and JJ. The emotion feels so real between these two even after all these years. I hope one day they return to GH together.
When Lucky says to Nicholas her affair with you would have never happened if we had been in a good place, and a healthy place.. which is 100% true
Tyler Christopher… wonderful actor, brilliant as Nicolas… no other actor ever owned this character like TC, he is very missed.
Rest in peace.
This Nicholas needs to come back! I hate that they destroyed him
So yo like someone who bangs his bros wife behind his back for so long
@@praveenmandal2491 Only fitting sincee he screwed Liz's sister behind her back, not to mention his other infidelities. Karma
@@choclitbeauty 🙄🙄🙄
@@choclitbeauty he didn’t remember Elizabeth when that happened
@@praveenmandal2491 but Elizabeth was so innocent right? 🙄

If I remember correctly, JJ & TC wrote this scene together
Oh my gosh really they wrote the scene together? the only two actors that should ever have portrayed Lucky and Nicholas are in the scene
Nikolas never needed an accent if he was well educated in English. I miss this Nikolas. This guy.

R.I.P. Tyler Christopher
JJ is truly a loving brother. Nikolas is shocked by his brother's compassion. I wish Lucky can forgive and on to find new wife.

You call him loving bro who bangs bros wife?
When Nicholas says what emily and I had together nothing will ever compare... I think the same can be thought up with Elizabeth and lucky
Why couldn't it be Emily and Nicholas Lucky and Liz
Because Emily is gone and sadly so is Nicholas’ portrayer. RIP😢
Well rewatching this just wrecked me. RIP Tyler. I hope you knew how much your fans loved you
phenomenal acting. oh my God
Thank you! Thank you for sharing such great quality of @generalhospital that you do!!!,♥️♥️
Tyler & JJ need to come back to GH. They have to because it's on the verge of being cancelled the way it's been going this year.
RIP Tyle Christopher, but it's nice to have JJ back on General Hospital.
I love that that baby is Titus Jackson, JJ's son.
Nothing is the same as their first loves.
Lucky is a great actor. No wonder he was Luke and Laura child.
So good Tyler
I miss this man soo deeply
Elizabeth, always the second choice.
Except file Lucky…not Lucky at 16, but Lucky as an adult
I disagree Nicolas loved Liz as well as Aidan but gave both up for his brother.

💯
Rest in peace dear Tyler
Ever since the beginning the writers always made liz the bad person with bad choices
💯
Was this before Spencer was born?
Just got the answer.
It was after
My goodness is that JJ’s real son? That baby looks just like him
It is. That's Titus.
The true Nikolas and Lucky.
How the hell do they bastardize this version of Nikolas several years later, by turning him into an absentee father that makes a baby with his son's girlfriend???
She lost lucky to shivon and Nikolas is leaving and Jason loves Sam, who loves Elizabeth? So is so lonely to raise three children on her own!
Sioban
father/uncle, you're still his family!!!
Every scene jj cries..donr care for him as lucky
Lucky always was a wimp
