I get mold rash, and my lungs swell shut when around it in large amounts. Around my bra line I will literally lose layers of skin. If it is a small amount, I dont have as significant of a reaction. I was exposed to a home that we bought where they had left active leaks, and they never removed the drywall they capped it with more drywall. I lived there for months with no reaction then, I got pregnant with my son, not sure if it was from my pregnancy and my immune system being low, but i wound rash up from head to toe. I would wake up with sleep apnea attacks and literally not be able to catch my breath. The doctors could not figure it out. My son came 2 months early, and the hospital he was at was over 1 hour away, so my dad pulled his camp trailer down to the hospital guest house area so i could be near him. The rashes went away, and I got better then when I went back to the house, they came back with a vengeance. The doctor put 2 and 2 together and told me to move out and get the home tested. Wired thing is i now have a reaction to antibiotics I never had it prior. I think it is due to massive mold exposure the house is torn down it was so bad, when the 2nd layer of drywall was removed, it was everywhere. I wanted to sue them, but mold lawsuits are hard, and utah really doesn't have alot of lawyers that do them. I kept photos of all of the rashes and the massive amounts of mold capping the walls in a mold ridden house just makes people unaware it is there you habe to take the steps to get rid of it or the people that have a bad reaction to it will get sick. I am glad i know what it is now though because i went to a hotel that was effected by a hurricane and they never fixed it properly and I knew within a hour of being there i had to leave. It sucks

Have you guys considered making an add-on service available for microcleaning of spores, fragments, and mycotoxins? You could do it using Aerosolver with a ULV fogger...it contains glycerin and borax, and captures the mold spores and mycotoxins, and then you just need to wipe off all surfaces about 40 minutes after the fogging, and it really brings the ERMI/HERTSMI numbers down significantly. I'm sure the fogging you do already gets rid of a significant percentage of the spores and fragments, but I feel like capturing the mycotoxins with the glycerin seems like it might be the most effective way to get all the mycotoxins out of the living space.
What was the result of the before and after laboratory test?
The mistake was painting . It should have been cleaned up the way you did it. Paint will off gas for quite some time. The areas with indirect lighting on the ceiling are known to have never been cleaned out.
MCS can affect different people different ways.
Carpets as horrible, but vacuuming is hard with MCS as well.
I have a parrot that is sensitive to chemical fumes from paint, bleach , self cleaning ovens, oven cleaner. The fumes will affect the air sacks in the parrot. So my bathroom ceiling is still unpainted and we threw out a curtain that was mould affected
Bog standard vinegar does wonders on mold.

Hey @twinhomeexperts, what type of fogger do you use and do the sell the haven fog in retailers?
My humidifier from Costco got nasty and they don't make them easy to clean. Was using filtered water from pro pur, but that filter got real funky!

We took it down 2 weeks after 6 hours is posting
So we had our home remedated...but the mold spore count is still really high...like 7500 per m3....can anyone tell me how long this can stay high?
I guess peroxide kills off or detaches mold and the natural color of hair without toxic fumes. Carry on.
I have a compromised immune system too. My house is very clean. I heard noises in the ceiling. The landlord doesn't want to do anything. And the law doesn't defend patients at all. I can't afford to pay for that wonderful service. But I need soo much help. Can you get me. You will safe my life. 😢😢

I can't remember if you have covered this, but do you seal off the gaps in the outlets that let the air breathe from the walls to the room and the other way?
Should test the outside air first. You could contaminate your control sample by entering the home you are testing before taking your control. Love the videos

This video and other videos you have posted regarding mold show very little or no actual mold. Mostly just seems to be remediation based on air quality tests with no actual source ever located.
I guess for me my expectation is if you have a mold issue in the air that there needs to be a significant source of mold growing somewhere. For example a leaking pipe in the wall and the inside of the wall cavity is full of black mold.
Not looking to criticize your videos just trying to get some understanding.
Great points you make here! These videos we post are extreme examples of how you can still be suffering from indoor air pollution that MOST remediation companies can’t solve. The traditional mold job remediation that are caused by leaking pipes are pretty standard practices and methods. We just try to post content that are deeper insights on solving problems for people that most people can’t.

I am just like the lady in this video and I've been in plenty of homes and other buildings that you don't see mold and I can tell there is because I get many different symptoms. There are also many different types of mold and some molds don't look like what I grew up thinking mold looks like. One tiny spot of mold growth can put out thousands of mold spores into the air. Do a deep dive into mold and find out all about it.

I think molds are way over hyped as a health hazard. Now rats are another thing entirely. If you do have mold, you have a water infiltration problem. Of course, this needs to be fixed.
