is it possible that the inner planets simply weren't old enough to remember too deeply about what happened? I mean when theia crashed into earth, earth was still pretty much a hunk of rock which prob means that the other inner planets were equally as young which also means that they prob didn't have close ties with each other in the first place. Heck they didn't have close ties until very recently with the moon revolution so I bet there wasn't much conversation going around (assuming they were even old enough to begin having conversations). They prob remember that a planet crashed into earth but they dont remember what that planet was or its relation to the earth. Likewise aside from jupiter, I doubt saturn, uranus, and neptune were close enough to even know what was happening Lastly notice what was described. "A hypothetical planet" that crashed into earth. And then look at the planets reaction. They all don't seem surprised but rather concerned for the earth meanwhile earth and luna was conflicted (and they both freaked out when they learned that they both came about from the collision of 2 planets so they prob never questioned any further on what that planet was or the fact that the earth was one of the planets that collided). This definitely implies that the other planets do remember an event like that but doesn't particularly know the identity of Theia. And even if they did know about Theia, as far as they know, that isn't the hypothetical planet thats being discussed here. So quite literally only the Sun, Jupiter, and X has the full inside scoop. The rest has a vague idea. And Earth, Luna, and the moons simply has no idea.
