John G. Lake had a deep revelation on divine healing. He knew that God was a healer, it was Jesus nature to heal... I love his quote
GOD ALWAYS WAS THE HEALER. He is the healer still, and will ever remain the Healer. Healing is for YOU. Jesus healed, "all that came to Him." He never turned any one away. He never said, "It is not God's will to heal you," or that it was better for the individual to remain sick, or that they were being perfected in character through the sickness. He healed them ALL. Thereby demonstrating FOREVER God's unchangeable will concerning sickness.

Susie Welshmen you are exactly right! However many do not realize that those same individuals and not all of them! Received a miracle completely free of charge! Jesus knew who was and who was not with him! Jesus knew before hand that many of those people would be the very same people that would say crucify Him! However because of His Love for Us He still gave His best and healed them and on the cross requested that His Father in Heaven forgive them because they did not know what they were doing! I thought it was Alexander Dowie of Zion that prayed for John G Lake's wife and then Lake quit his job and moved to Zion IL. It was from Zion that Lake received impartation from being under Apostle Dowie. JOHN G Lake FF Bosworth Gordon Lindsay were all students of John Alexander Dowie. It was impartation from Dowie that released them in healing ministry.
I guess it goes without saying that Satan tried to stop John with false allegations that actually killed people in Africa as those allegations cut off financial support. That lack of support was the caused of missionary families dying from starvation. They knew what the cost was to continue and chose to serve till their death. John was amazing, sold out completely to Christ, gave away all his money, which was alot at the time through his insurance business before being an ambassodor for Christ. Very closely associated with John Alexander Dowey.

Wrong. This wasn't John Lake. It was Alexander Dowe that threw his Bible and it landed on Acts 10:38.
All these stories sound amazing, however I question the validity of those claims. In reality, it's never like that. I lost three friends to cancer in high school. Our entire Christian school prayed for months to no avail. I've been very sceptical about the efficacy of prayers ever since then. Nothing fails like prayer.
Your experience in no disqualifies the experiences of these men and women of God. I beg to differ...
I would have agreed with your comment, but recently I have come to believe that the Holy Spirit is not a power but a person that needs to fill a person. With this is the spirit knowledge that our healing is connected with confessing that the healing has happened...

Nellie Oleson I have multiples of healing miracles in my body. My short rt leg grew out instantly. I used to drive w/ my left leg due to too much knee pain. I also pray for the sick now and i've seen God healing deformed hands, short leg 2" grew out like mine, cancer, and many knee miracles and etc. I heal the sick while I do street evangelism. Sometimes I do pray for the sick inside the bus n seen several ppl got healed instantly.
