How have you been able to achieve such a realistic shading and lighting and render? is there any tutorial for that???
THis is rendered using offline ray tracing renderer like Vray or Arnold. That's how he achieved such a realistic shading and lighting lol !

I’m confused is this like a city building game or animation software because either way I want it
I am a daz3d user, so... I dont get it complete, this is a different software right?Uhm... so I can create there a Scene and then grab the .jpg image from the render and sue it as background in daz3d or how can I combine it with daz3d?

they're probably too high poly to use in element..you can check the stats on their website though
do these buildings come with UV's? or do we have to layout them for texturing?
They do all come with UV's!
