    Thanks so much! What about exercises for upper body? I feel like my wrists are weak and I have trouble keeping my shoulders down. I know there are those grip strengtheners out there (the ones with springs that you just squeeze) have you used those before?

    Hola... existe algúna técnica para levantar los brazos sin que se levanten los hombros al mismo tiempo....? Gracias!
