Make sure you guys get a land survey done. There has been so many land dispute cases in racent years. Because the old land owners may have over built on their neighborhoods land and the drawings from the city may be from hundreds of years ago and are no longer up to date.
I think Jay and Ari should try to purchase a house within a good school district and near all the downtown attraction. It should be used as Air BB later to help pay off the mortgage

这个3475平方英尺的房子卖154万⋯在Kansas（或Missouri ）而言是太贵了，而且装潢的材质和感觉看起来很普通，比起上回看的50～70万之间的房子我觉得那个还好些。
