Hi CEC, I have question about SEM, in 10:38 I saw SEM has resolution from 1-10 nm. 1/ Could SEM see nano materials, clearly or blur ? (I mean it's a normal SEM, not FE-SEM or high resolution SEM) 2/ Which is the best method, cheap and convenience for characterizing (shape and size) nano materials?
