How to make Bombay Karachi Halwa
Cornflour - 1 Cup
Water - 2 Cups
Sugar - 2 Cups
Water - 2 Cups
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Orange red food colour - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 3 tbs
Cardamon powder - 3/4 tsp

ഇത് മാജിക്‌ ഓവനിലും ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒരുപാട് വര്ഷങ്ങളായി മാജിക്‌ ഓവൻ കാണുന്നുണ്ട്. ഉണ്ടാകാറുണ്ട്. രണ്ടും പൊന്നുപോലെ manoharam🌹 ലക്ഷ്മി മാം ഉം പാചകവും ❤️❤️😊🥰
Mam ന്റെ ഏത് recipe try ചെയ്താലും അതെല്ലാം നല്ലതായി വരുന്നുണ്ട്. വേറെ ആർക്കും ഇത്ര perfection ഉള്ളതായി തോന്നിയിട്ടില്ല. ഞാൻ പലതും try ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ mam ന്റെ recipe പോലെ 100 percentage വിജയം ഒന്നിനും കിട്ടാറില്ല. അതാണ് ഇത്രയും ഉയരങ്ങളിൽ എത്താൻ പറ്റുന്നത്. ഏത് recipe യും super ആണ്.
