What is considered old guy? I have interview tomorrow. I have managed a few large companies related to movies. I have also worked in kitchens like Applebees and Fridays for 5 plus years. The cleaning and training all seem straight forward but how is it for a film lover?
It was a long time ago but I remember being asked why do I want to work there, what are my strengths and weaknesses, what's a situation where I had to problem solve, what are my future plans. Basic questions like those.

We're allowed to wear a black long sleeve under our shirts. I'm not sure about hoodies but I don't think so.

We've had a few older employees hired before. As long as your resume looks good most movie theaters would hire you!

My theater starts hiring at 14 and 9 months but it could be different at your local theater. I was hired when I was 16 :)
