Amelia your parking skills and being able to navigate and drive in a new city whilst still talking to the camera amazes me! Really enjoyed this vlog, I would love a boujee erands youtube edition
It’s easy enough to drive on the other side of the road/car . It just takes 5-10 mins each time. I’m more concerned about the filming and driving. Is that allowed in theUS?
Hey Amelia, as someone who does microbiome research, trendy probiotic things are not always needed and too much of a good thing can also throw off your natural gut flora. The best and most effective way to regulate your gut is to up your soluble fiber intake ex: acacia fiber and psyllium are low fodmap and won’t cause much gas/discomfort either :)
I moved from an AC country to the UK and it is absolute torture here in London that buses, the tubes, and shops don't have AC and aren't ventilated in any way shape or form.
I love Seed probiotics because they are double encapsulated so it makes it to my gut! It took awhile for my gut to adjust to them but now I never have any issues. ❤
Yes Amelia as a person who lives in Florida. I can say we ALL love our AC. It's hot here and bonus we have high humidity. You gave me anxiety setting in your car without at least having your AC on low. You can have heat stroke setting in your car with no AC on. It maybe 86 F outside but you car can reach over 90 F quickly. I don't think your followers will care if your AC is on while you are talking to us. I'd rather see you in good health than have heat stroke.
Just wanted to say that I love your videos! Although my life is totally different to yours - I’m a single mum living in a remote part of cornwall and a bit of a hippy - I look forward to seeing what you’ve been up to and sliving your best life. You’re inspiring and bring such joy! Thank you xx 😄
I went to London in July and the apartment I stayed in had only central heating. We were suffering from the heat wave even though I'm from Texas and we are used to 38⁰/102⁰ degree weather 😂. We had all the windows open at night. I did love that you could walk everywhere vs Dallas it's impossible to walk anywhere you have to drive. Although I was walking to a Sainsbury quite frequently because you guys have Magnum popsicle flavors that aren't available in the US 😂
I knew you'd love the smoothie that has dates in it the most out of the three! 😂 Also wow you have to stick to this dior foundation routine!! It does the glow that audrey's skin does 😍😍😍 she would definitely approve!! Ok we need more of this vlog content!! Trying different drinks, food, makeup, repeat!! 🤣🙏♥️
Amelia, I love you and I recommend meeting a naturopathy doctor to help you pick the right seamoss and probiotics. Having all types of trendy food can affect your hormones and trigger hyperthyroidism, especially seamoss! Middle eastern girlies respond differently to some of these trendy health products so please check or take things in small doses! God bless you!😘
Well done for going "no sugar", which is something I am doing at the moment and increasing fibre in my diet too. I would say that alcohol and even the non-alcoholic substitute drinks do have a lot of sugar in them, so look out for any hidden sugars.
You are correct BUT... not everyone can go 'cold turkey' on no sugar or any diet. Some people need to take small steps and that's okay. Better start with small steps than no steps at all.
I’m loving the boujee errands long form version Amelia.. thank-you as always for making me smile. LOL at the request on how to eat chips and dip 😂 have a great time with Audrey I love your humour and energy when your both together ❤❤
I’m American and visit London often and the lack of AC drives me insaneeee. Albeit, the weather is significantly less sunny & hot than Los Angeles, but staying in hotels is hard during the summer because you can’t turn the AC down in the room like you can in the USA
This was so much fun! The chips and dip/salsa thing got me. I would've been so confused if I was your server as well. 😅 I don't think I'd be able to survive without AC. I can survive 80 degree weather under the shade of a tree with a nice breeze, but take those away and I will happily stay in my AC'd house.
The AC thing is an American thing wherever you are, not just Miami. I’m a European living in Atlanta and it’s the same here. Used to hate it when I came on vacation (and get sick) but once I moved here I got used to it and now I crave AC in Europe 😂 how crazy
Amelia in America is the most hilariously cute thing I’ve ever seen 😆🤣 the chips&dip has me rolling with laughter! So innocently confused lol. I hope you vlog more in America! I’m in Florida too, honestly businesses go too crazy with the AC even for me haha ❤❤
I live in the northeast American region and visited London for the first time during that huge heat wave in the summer of 2022- let me tell u i missed the ac SOOO bad. 100 degrees fahrenheit without ac was sooo humbling i love the cold
Amelia, you crack me up with the dip and the AC. You are so right, we Americans, luv our AC. I personally prefer fresh air and it bugs me when I walk into a store and I am freezing my butt off. All I can say, I was laughing my ass off watching your video.
What a load of crap. Clearly not a medical person. The gastric secretions destroy most of that market, over the counter rubbish before it even gets to the gut. Loads more research needed before we understand the gut microbiome. Eat a decent diet and that is the best you might do for your gut.
Exactly just because it’s trending or TikTok people recommended it doesn’t mean it’s good for the individual taking it. Do your research, talk to your doctor and make sure it’s safe.
Amelia, it's the mold in very humid climate areas. If the A/C is not on 24/7 and if it's above 23C the mold thrives. It may be 35C outside, but we have to keep it cool inside.
Hi Amelia, it’s always fun watching your blogs and getting some trend updates/ tips. In your tik toks you have worn a stripey bluey grey jumper. Could you post a link to it please?😊
Ya we have A/c bcuz when we have 90-100* for 10 1/2 months a yr😊 we’re opposite. England uses heat. I came to TX from Alaska so I get it about the A/C cuz Alaska has weather closer to England
I live in CA and have not been to Miami more than once….but so fun to watch this video and to compare the different country habits too….with how you eat food and driving habits and shopping and weather. …very fun! Thank you❤️love your videos Amelia; wish they were longer! I did not know the “ thing” about air conditioning…! LOL interesting! Miami is very humid compared to California ( hot and dry) …so the heat would seem much warmer. I wouldn’t THINK of wearing cashmere now, even with air con.
Hey hun just wanted to let you know I totally get the difference with the whole AC thing iam from Australia and moved to US in my 20s so things I noticed was there weren't any buses and trains you could just jump on ( this kinda depends of were you live) but also Ice is a huge thing and took me awhile they love ice in everything to the top but that's ok now iam used to everything but let me say this after living here for a bit then visiting home I missed the AC lol but I never grew up with it or never saw central air before coming to US so it's something you do need to remember to pack for 😊❤ and besides the driving which I think you did amazing on the way your right about walking we walk alot more places but here were i live in TX you have to have a car anyways loves living here and love watching your vlogs that's for sharing your life with us 💗 much loves xxx❤❤❤

Hi Amelia, I'm glad you enjoyed the hillstone. I go to the hillstone in Winter Park, Florida all the time. You had alot of my favs. It's definitely the best❤
Hi Amelia just to let you know Lancome 510 lipstick is back in stock I also wear this shade such a nice lipstick also 220 french blush and 210 intamatte is nice too ❤
Right? How did no one, including the server, not understand they were three separate dipping options, not to be eaten together? It was like martians had landed at Hillstone. 🙈
