Just one problem I am facing now is while I import and go to 3D viewport while I zoom it goes very far or very near I don’t have control on that could you help me out?

Have u checked your export settings ... u can always change appearance

Open your AutoCAD file click "save as" AutoCAD 2010 and then try to import it on 3ds max
