    please answer this question what is the diffrence between circumference and no of Arc required to cover the entire circle

    • @InfinityLearn_NEET
      @InfinityLearn_NEET  8 років тому

      +Prathamesh Khandare , Circumference is the length of the boundary of the circle. And an arc is a part of that boundary. The number of arcs required to cover the circle will depend on the length of each arc, which can vary! Hope this helps :)

  • @riyazuddinkhan6052
    @riyazuddinkhan6052 5 років тому +1

    I drew a circle and measured its circumference to verify it but I get exactly 6times of radius not 6.28 times; why so?

    • @ahmadmustafa3102
      @ahmadmustafa3102 4 роки тому +3

      Thought i am not a Person from their Team i am helping you for the sake of Goodness so please pray for me.
      *Now your Problem i will try to solve it matematically*
      We know, circumfrence =2 π r
      There fore for your assumption. Circumfrence = 6 r (not 6.28)
      :-- 2 π r = 6r
      2 π ÷ 6 = r÷r
      1.047 = 1 ( _as by taking 6_ )
      *but*
      *If 2 π r = 6.28 r*
      2 π ÷ 6.28 = r÷r
      1.0005=1 ( _as taking 6.28_ )
      Therefore *1.0005* is more *closer to 1* than *1.047*
      *Hence it is 6.28 times raduis*
      Thankyou.

    I dont get one thing......what is the purpose of radiants?........can some1 give a simple example

    • @InfinityLearn_NEET
      @InfinityLearn_NEET  8 років тому

      +Prateek Pravanjan , radians are just another way to measure angles. Some mathematicians say that radians is a better and more logical way to measure angles. A radian is the angle that an arc (equal to the length of the radius of the circle) subtends at the centre. But what's the logic behind having 360 degrees in a circle?
