well the original recorded file was actually 4k, but i decided to convert it to 1020p. u can try to manually choose the video quality from the your YT settings
nope no one, the only way to get specific legend material (since the update), is to do the Divine challenge. because the prizes itself is shown. but in a terms of question on how to get them beside the divine challenge, or from which monster who may drop it, then the answer will be "it's all RNG" (RandomNumberGenerator)
