@@Noodles4Lyfeee sorry if it offends you. Didnt mean to. Since its an adult jokes afterall so i kinda assume. That Way he slit the jelly at the center is kinda like v*g*n* so some people May be disgusted since it's implying that kondo use it to 'play' himself.
Gintama itself has a lot of d*ck jokes so should not be surprised about it.
Also the tone you used is also kind of agressive at the end, but eh lets move on Just like you wabt

I feel that Saitou Shimaru was introduced way too late into the series and that the anime should've devoted 1 or 2 episode of fillers to have him interact with other characters and get into some wild shenanogans.

He's a character who works best in comedy centered arcs and episodes. And it doesn't help that the arcs that feature him after his debut are all serious in tone. He's a a character who really should've cooked more or been introduced a lot earlier in the story, maybe sometime after the Shinsengumi crisis arc, sometimes during the farewell Shinsengumi arc he feels oddly tacted on as well.
