I love how the designer created a fun relaxed space that doesn't look like a showroom. it looks like a place you want to hang out in or come over and visit.
Hooray for another Elaine Botrie banquette! What I love about this designer is that there is no one way to define her style. Her clients’ homes are unique, thoughtful, beautiful, sensible. They are full of life and always tell the stories of who live there.
Love this well done ….I had to reply to get all the information you are describing in then house ….please slow down and take a breather so we can get what you are trying to describe… all I got is the client has red hair and you decorate around that lol😂
Lovely and JOYful 🤭, indeed, Oli! 🙃 Just 🤩👌🏽✨ I'd fill that bowl on the banquette table with pine nuts, brazilian nuts, macadamia nuts and pecan nuts all in their shells with two vintage italian nut crackers on each side. I love pausing on the books 🤭🧡🤗 👏🏽 every 👏🏽 single 👏🏽 time
Those old kitchen cabinets are 70s/80s rather than "40s." Love the look of the kitchen tile, except the color seems limited.. Would prefer to see that style with a mercury glass finish.
WHY would one house need two dishwashers? Unless you “entertain” constantly, this seems as excessive as two stoves and a bathroom for every person in the house…but then again, I don’t see the need for two sinks in a bathroom, ever. Why not two toilets, two showers? How long does it take a person to wash their hands anyway?
Sometimes it is a way to maximize the functionality of a limited space. Our flat has a single bathroom, and our washing machine is located there as well, so having two sinks was a good addition, especially because the room has these two functions.
Geezus, does this guy OWN the distillery??? Every distillery worker I know is semi-poor. This had to have cost a fortune to renovate and add a 2nd floor.

I appreciate that so much!
I appreciate that so much!
I completely agree! 🌟 The designer really nailed it by creating a space that feels welcoming and lived-in, not too perfect or staged.
Olivia is so talented and charismatic. She needs her own show!
Louder for people in the back 🤣
What a beautiful, fun, cozy home! It's definitely joyful, I love everything Dart Studio does!
It’s so joyful! Amazing you can feel that as well :)
I couldn’t agree more! 🏡✨ Dart Studio truly has a knack for creating spaces that are not only beautiful but full of joy and warmth.
Love Olivia’s approach to mid-century modern design! ✨ The idea of mixing elements to create a collected, lived-in feel is so refreshing.

It looks outdated to me.
It already looks dated!🙄
Meh
Boring! White oak and dark greens will date very fast.
The chosen patterns are too bold and don’t look pretty for something that costly.
It’s their house…not yours!
@ it’s my opinion, not yours. Are you a 7-year old ??
@LineChau. Most 7 year olds I know have much better manners than you do. Get a grip.
White oak is timeless and beautiful
