Sorry, but the Macbeth opposite Maggie's LadyM was Douglas Rain, not Brian Bedford. Maggie hated Douglas' performance so much she smashed in the tannoy in her dressing room. (Brian Bedford was Benedict to Maggie's Beatrice in Much Ado.) (I was a dresser at Stratford 1979-1981.)
