My prostate cancer journey started some 15 years ago and I wish someone with your insight had advised me at the time, yet thanks to modern medicine my PSA is 0.1 and so all is well. I trust you have recovered well so we can all enjoy your videos for many years.

Being right at 68 myself, I've had a few "proceedures" recently. God speed and heal fast.

The trick is to enjoy what we have, have fond memories of what we used to have and not to worry about what is ahead. We all know that eventually no one survives being born.

Just turned 60 this past month, I well understand how a body once familiar and firm seems to go off warranty with amazing speed. Please, accept my wishes for a speedy recovery.
When painting brass, I have found that giving the surface a matte finish with high number sandpaper improves the adhesion. I too always give things a coat of etching primer before the final paint is applied. I have been trying different paints over the the past few years and I tend to prefer enamels and lacquers with a toluene base. Toluene-based coatings require a good deal of ventilation and can't be used around open flame and radiant heaters with exposed elements, but I think the luster of the finish is worth the trouble.

Given the time difference with some of the comments, I gather that you have been and returned from hospital now, so I hope that all went well and that you're ok. Also, regarding the key holder on top of the Marshall cab, that did make me chuckle. I'd quite like to rock up to a gig with a 4x12 cab and a head that small just to see the reactions from people!

I have two Stewart engines I bought around 1970. They were both ready to run. One is a horizontal mill engine and the other a little vertical. Both run good but surface rusty from being in Michigan for ten years (humidity). Also lubricators and a few valves and fittings. I lost my boiler and its fittings when we moved. I would send them free to you for the shipping if you want them.

Hang in there Keith! I'm 72 and survived open heart surgery last July and I'm still here and still catching up on your videos I missed. That extension looks really nice, at the rate you're going you will need to build an extension onto the garage and it might be bigger then your house!

I have a Hornby Stevenson's Rocket that a bought more years ago than I like to think. Unlike many of its siblings it is a good hauler. I haven't run it much lately as I now live on a Narrow boat and space is almost non-existant. And not like my money, I am taking it with me. And no argument.. I hope all goes well Kieth. what happens if years go buy and you still have a clients item? do you have a standard agreement that allows you to sell items or bin items or repurpose items if a client won't come and pick it up?
I would contact the owners with a notice of disposal.
