@@omnipepper3665 Statistically they were better seasons because he had a more experienced group of guys at the skill positions. Mentally he is 20x ahead of where he was in 2011 and 2014. His hard count wasn't a thing until about 3 years ago and it isn't like his arm is getting weaker.
Banquet Meal I would say he is mentally weaker. His hard count wasn’t as effective and he was just only clutch in game 1. Physically injuries could be to blame because his deep ball wasn’t as great as the last few seasons and his scrambling wasn’t great either. He only scored 22 touchdowns which was pretty underwhelming for me. The team. Wasn’t good either since he had a weak WR group and the defense wasn’t great especially when Clinton was traded for a 4th rounder. But I agree his team was pretty bad too. If the team didn’t fumble against the Rams and Patriots we would have had a pretty good chance to win and that could have turned the tides of the season.

He fails to show up for his team. If he was on another level, he would win more games than just 6. Dont blame his defense either. Its his fault he doesnt put up enough on offense. Justin He bad coaching and a bad defense. The only team with a terrible defense that made it was Kansas City, and, well, Mahomes is something special. But for a lot of quarterbacks, 25 touchdowns gets you to the play offs, but with a defense allowing 400 points in the season and terrible play calling by the head coach, 6-9-1 is the result you get. Rodgers is an amazing leader and always boosts his team up and talks positive about the whole team. You should watch what’s going on this offseason for the packers. You should watch interviews, don’t just go off of media. Do your research

tim allen the Vikings have a 2-1-1 record against the packers. cousins actually had a good team despite the lack of a running game. He played really well with 70% completion and 4300 yards and 30 touchdowns. My guess for their losses was bad play calling because they lost to the bills, if they had one win against a good team like the bears or New England or rams... etc. they could of made the play offs. They just couldn’t beat the good teams

He should be top 2, putting up a more than 12:1 touchdown:interception ratio with a tibial plateau fracture and sprained MCL while throwing for 4400 yards. People forget that several of the games we lost were really close, and that Rodgers had 3 CLASSIC comebacks this season. Talent-wise, based on what he showed last year, he should have been ranked either 2 behind Mahomes or tied for 1st with Mahomes. We were a Ty Montgomery revenge fumble away from beating the Rams. That disappointing betrayal was the turning point in our season.

Joey Cramer Kirk Cousins had no offensive line, no run game, and a garbage OC for 13 games, but I ain’t gonna put him anywhere #10 last year. Matt Ryan has MVP numbers but he’s defense was injured AF, so he needed to put up 30+ points a game to stay in the game, I’m sure I could name more if I tried. And I don’t think Brady deserves to be top 10 for the most part, cause his play was off, but he won the SB, and singlehandedly beat the Chiefs. So he is far more deserving of top 10 over Rodgers.

Yes he is still elite, no one is questioning that. He HAS elite abilities, but he didn't have an elite SEASON last year. What people are questioning is why he is in front of Wilson, Luck and Rivers based on last season when he clearly was way behind all three of them. He had worse stats than all of them and he won less games than all of them. And don't give me he has a worse team. Colts was like 4-12 before Luck got back and Seahawks have been rebuilding their whole defence. Rodgers had 25 touchdowns on 600 attempts and Wilson had 35 on 427 attempts. In no world was Rodgers better last season.

I was born in 2000. I’ve been a Packers fan my whole life. I’ll be a Packers fan until I die. However, I will criticize the team when I feel there should be some. And Rodgers doesn’t deserve to be in the top ten this year. The only good thing he did this year was the 400 passes without an INT. But Green Bay just wasn’t good enough and Rodgers wasn’t good enough. I love Rodgers. But this wasn’t his best year. And he shouldn’t be in the top ten.
First, a poll last week of 55 nfl executives picked Rodgers by far as the #1 QB in the league, and now the players have also put Rodgers in the top 10 of all the best players in the league for the 7th time now, but yet people say he’s not a top 3 QB anymore after being hurt almost all of 2017, and playing the entire 2018 season on a broken leg. Of course he wasn’t as good as he normally is last season.
It's just buttmad fanboys who don't know enough about football to realise how impressive Rodgers actually is. Even on a down season playing with a busted knee, he threw more than 12 TDs for every INT with only 1 decent receiver.
If drew brees had stats like this everyone would be like “omg he’s the goat totally deserves a ranking like this”

Alright I was waiting until this video was going to come out. Once again Russell Wilson is underappreciated and not only rated out of the top 10 but Rodgers apparently is higher. Don't get me wrong Rodgers is still amazing and talented but his stats this year CANNOT prove he was a better quarterback than Wilson, Luck, or Rivers. Aaron Rodgers threw for 25 Touchdowns, 2 Interceptions, 4442 Yards, 62 completion percentage, 97.6 passer rating and led his team to a 6-9-1 record. Wilsom on the other hand threw for 35 Touchdowns, 7 Interceptions, 3448 yards, 66% completion percentage, 110.9 passer rating, and led his team to the playoffs with a 10-6 record. You tell me who was the better quarterback LAST YEAR.
aight bro take away a leg from Wilson and see how he does... if they just based how good a player is purely off of stats on a piece of paper they wouldn't play the games. Also idk if you actually read what you put but you could make the argument for either guy based on those stats. Problem about not throwing ints is that he didn't take that many chances, Patrick Mahomes took chances on his passes and has 50 TDs because of it. Sometimes, the Td statistic is more important than the INT statistic.

If this is a list based off of the 2018 season, Aaron wasn't a top 10 player. There were QBs that did better. I understand he played injured all year, but his completion percentage, passing yards, and passing TDs weren't very good. I do understand that the players respect Aaron and that's a big reason he's rated this high and I'm glad they do because many fans have little to no respect for a man who put a whole football team on his back (not named Greg Jennings). At his best, Aaron is top 3 with Aaron Donald being number 1.
