This is a LCD replacement, not the OLED version?, Plus you would need to unplug battery to go into hibernation for the under display fingerprint to reset/recalibrate.

Hello, could you or someone knowledgeable advise me - I ordered a LCD for my OPPO Reno Z from here aliexpress.ru/item/4000390107640.html?spm=a2g0s.12269583.0.0.3f7b48f5iobYE1 which claimed to be "original' with frame. But when it arrived and I took apart my OPPO, I saw that my old frame has a copper cpu heat dissipating plate, while the new one had nothing in place. And i have to disassemble new LCD separating it from frame to install that copper plate or put LCD on old frame. Which is risky operation, could break the LCD. What should I do now? Open the dispute and return LCD or try to disassemble it with heater, alcohol ? Will my OPPO overheat and throttle without this sink? Or is this copper sink removable without separating glued LCD from the frame? Thank you.
I fully understand your situation. In the case of oppo reno z, only the front oled screen is replaced in many cases.
If you are concerned about the heat dissipation of the motherboard, it is recommended to refund the frame oled screen and buy a frameless oled screen for replacement.
@@fixdiy1408 Thank you for that information, but i think it's too late. I had clicked the button to confirm that I received the item, being mislead by the message below that button saying that I can open a dispute within 15 days.. I thought It would be honest to confirm the delivery to release funds to seller and that I still have 15 days after clicking that button.. But after I clicked all those dispute info had gone.. Now i have to sell it on Avito or try to disassemble it.. Do you know if that copper plate can somehow be detached from an old frame to install on new one? Or is it welded / soldered to a frame?
