🎉 Thank you ! My standby phone is a samsung A02. I watched a bunch of videos but the recovery menu was not coming up. Different videos say hold down toll there is a vibration and remove your finger quickly but it wasn't working. This was the best with voice and demonstration. I did a variation after I saw the Samsung logo I pressed volume up and the recovery menu came up.

I did the hard reset on what I think is just galaxy, I haven't been able to get into the phone. To find out exact model. Then to continue on setting up the phone it comes up with this phone has been factory reset. Then asks for Google account info of which is not available for I found the phone. Please, if you can inform me as to how to continue without that info.
