BOTW is so incredibly detailed that most NPC’s have daily schedules the follow. Most notably is Koko from Kakariko Village who goes to her mother’s grave at 5am daily and cries. She’s startled out of it if Link gets too close. You can follow just about any NPC and learn a lot about their character.
There's an NPC named Leekah who takes walks from Riverside Stable to Horwell Bridge. On the bridge, she'll get attacked by a Bokoblin. If you kill the Bokoblin, take the time to walk with her back to the stable, and then talk to her, she'll have unique dialogue where she thanks you and tells you that she feels safe with you. It's really neat that they accounted for that scenario. Unfortunately I think she's the only NPC who gets this treatment. Still cool though!
-There are only 3 situations for stamina auto-refilling while paragliding: when around a dragon, when attacking vah medoh, and when practicing in the flight range (not during the champion’s ballad quest). -Mipha’s and Sidon’s names are spelled in the notes of their theme songs. Mipha: repeated notes are mi and fa. Sidon: repeated notes are si (basically ti; si is what they use in other languages) and do.
Adding in case someone is not familiar with this: It's based on the Solfège method in western music where the seven different notes in the standard Major scale are named _Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Si_ (it comes back to _Do_ after _Si_ but one octave up, that's how SiDo(n) is born)
I think Zelda also stayed young because for those 100 years she was incorporeal, like a spirit trapped within Ganon. It’s kinda like how the Champions were stuck in their Beasts, except in Zelda’s case she was still alive. I mean, she does literally pop out of Ganon’s head.
My theory is that because she was using her sealing power on gannon to keep him at the castle, she was also using the sealing power on herself. Not necessarily intentionally she just happened to get in the radius of it when she was using it on gannon
@@toristeunebrink5705maybe intentionally to be alive for a hundred years as that’s how long it takes link to heal. She might have known it would take this long or around this long, as she was very invested in ancient shiekah tech studies.

About the Blood Moon, I know for a fact that's not true. When I initially played Breath of the Wild, I was on the Great Plateau for a long time and I eventually triggered a blood moon. I had no idea what was happening and genuinely thought that it was time running out like in Majora's Mask. Then the cutscene cleared that up for me.
The game is not intended to trigger a blood moon normally before you obtain the paraglider and leave the Great Plateau, although it's entirely possible you triggered a panic blood moon somehow.
True, ive seen a bloodmoon during a speedrun before leaving plat, but it was the game messing up somehow. This is a good point to maybe include in a followup video
If the game uses blood moons to dump its cache then it makes sense to have one auto trigger after enough time spent altering the environment, no matter where you are. Like if you kill every enemy and pick up enough resources, it’ll have to reset that at some point. I didn’t realize that was possible but I suppose it makes sense 🤷🏼♀️
Wow I never noticed that the game over screen was different based on how you died...pretty cool especially noticing the drowning one... mind you, I played probably close to 700-800 hours over the years... including the playthrough that I'm currently on and I still never noticed it... maybe it's because I don't really die that often but who knows
With the timeline thing, this was my interpretation: Breath of the Wild is the true Hyrule, and all the other games take place as the legends told in Hyrule. That’s why there are so many references to other games and not linked to a specific timeline. It’s not in any of them. All the other games are playable versions of the legends told in Botw’s Hyrule.
My theory is that when zelda unlocks her power to save link from the guardian in a memory, thats what kept her young. Her power allowed her to heal herself endlessly, but not to the point of being op. Sorta like rapunzel's hair in tangled
I guess i should have said "never SUPPOSED TO happen" instead, bc the game will sometimes generate a panic blood moon randomly even when it's not supposed to if you stay on plat long enough
My interpretation of Zelda not aging was that she was able to use her ability to enter more of a spiritual realm that allowed her to prevent Ganon from being unleashed for 100 years. So she ceased to exist in her physical form during that time, which is why you don't really see her when you step in the castle. ...Now.... I don't really understand where she is the whole time you're fighting Ganon. Her help would have been appreciated there. But I suppose if Link is allowed a 100 year break after failing to even confront Ganon because he was that incompetent, then I suppose Zelda is allowed a 10 minute rest after taking Ganon on directly for 100 years straight with no breaks. I suppose reconverting back to physical form after all that will leave you a little winded. Anyway, I highly doubt Tears will bring up her lack of aging.
Gotta razz you a little for calling it a horse's birdle, instead of bridle, like BRY-dull. Great set of facts, though. I liked the pacing, and you've got a good even voice throughout

I want there to be a speedrun category thas "Link goes to the store to get a glass of milk"
5:25 Oh so THATS where my Boomerang went
Could the ‘jamone’ period really be between 14000 and 30 bc? That’s quite the range of human history.
14000-300 bc according to wikipedia. Ive just now added the link in the description, as I missed including it before. Thanks!
20 secs in the video I already forgot that it was about useless infos, and kept waiting for the "intro" of the video to end so that we can get to the meat of the subject XD I was like "when is he gonna start talking about.... eh... what again?"
Excellent job! Even though I knew most of these, there was still a phew that slipped through the cracks. I had no idea about that Shrine flooring!
I wonder, who is holding the camera when you do a selfie?
5:09 Burtle
That fact regarding Lynels is interesting, it's almost as it sees you as an equal opponent and will only engage with you if you engage with it. Guess some of these monsters have a bit of respect!

I’m not sure if this is accurate, but I think the moblin near the Hateno Tower is more likely to do that than most other ones.
Another detail about the chest opening animations that if you crouch you punch the chest.
Very lovely video, i really enjoyed watching it
"When playing in English Zelda has this upper class British accent but that's not her natural accent."
No way! I never could have told on my own! It's such a good and accurate representation of an English accent! /s
This is my new favorite UA-cam account- thank you!!
Thank YOU!
I already knew literally every single one of those
I have played this game way too much
About the Blood Moon, I know for a fact that's not true.
@@baesuke I think that's basically what I did. Although since it was my first time with the game, it was completely unintentional.
Fun fact: if you're crouched and open the chest from the back, Link punches it. Complete with injured hand animation while shirtless.
one guy on a bridge will whos saying something like "we are all doomed" will yell at you not to jump if you go on the edge of the bridge near him
Do you know which bridge or approximately where on the map that is?
Well, that explains why I always found BotW Zelda's voice to be so renaissance fair-esque
Princess Renaissance Fair Accent
Wow I never noticed that the game over screen was different based on how you died...pretty cool especially noticing the drowning one... mind you, I played probably close to 700-800 hours over the years... including the playthrough that I'm currently on and I still never noticed it... maybe it's because I don't really die that often but who knows
I think its actually the flying rooster from Links Awakening 8:32
With the timeline thing, this was my interpretation:
Breath of the Wild is the true Hyrule, and all the other games take place as the legends told in Hyrule.
The blood moon came to my game when I still didn’t exit the Great Plateau after a few nights
She helps Link fight Dark Beast Ganon though
1.6.0 was not included on wiiu because it basicly only added support for the labo vr
Please use a de-esser on your audio the s sound is so harsh x.x I really like the video tho
Gotta razz you a little for calling it a horse's birdle, instead of bridle, like BRY-dull. Great set of facts, though. I liked the pacing, and you've got a good even voice throughout
You're not the first lololol
Now that the video is over, I can't remember what I forgot
