Seen THE MARKSMAN twice so far --- once with my adult son and once with my BFF. Touching, wonderful entertainment..... Loved how the narrative engaged Liam's legendary acting talent with not only his adult colleagues but also the dog and the boy. Awesome.

Let’s talk about how in accurate the the car chase scene with the garbage truck was. Number 1 The Truck is an Australian Truck, even though it’s set in the US.
Number 2.
The pickup it collides with is a Chinese built pickup, sticking an American flag on the back of it does not change that fact. I know there are budgetary constraints with any film but seriously as if the producers could not source a 20 year old Dodge Ram for that scene. As satisfying as it is seeing a Chinese pickup getting wrecked. They only have a three star safety rating, so it’s a risk to the stuntman.
