Props for drilling a hole using your hand to hold the drill bit. Doing whatever it takes to get it done is a valuable skill in life.
The little Carbon fiber piece is the part that goes underneath the front end for the bumper. The reason your steering is better on one side is because of how its mounted to the servo, Its more to one side than the other so it gives bettering steering one way. Absolutely Great Work!!

Thank you!! Good job using what you have to make things work. It would be good to invest in some tools. Because if you can do all that with no tools. Imagine what you can do if you had tools. Plus you will need them later in life. Hope you’re going to college. I think you should study engineering. You would be a great engineer and have a great job. People always told me to go to school but I didn’t listen. My parents couldn’t afford it. But that’s just an excuse. Other people do it. You just have to sacrifice. You don’t want to end up like me. If I would have sacrificed 3 or 4 years I wouldn’t be in the situation I’m in at my age. Words of wisdom from an old guy lol..

I still prefer the stock alloy chassis because it acts like a heatsink which its good for your motor, have u ever try to put a 25mm mini fan?
Get a printer man. Best thing you can get for yourself if you’re into hobby stuff like this. Having a printer first opened the door for many hobbies I didn’t think I’d be into. Good luck 👍🏽 got 3 of there in the mail because of my 3D printer lol
2nd the printer.They are a life saver for rc. I reengineered the whole front end and get better angle than my drz now. You can literally print a entire k989. Solid build though. You can also pick up drift art spare links/ends/ball joints for pretty decent prices. Solid build!

You can get a decent gyro for €30 or €40 but in my case the stock esc burnt out soon after
I did end up getting a hG1 gyro for it
Bro how do you install the gyro to the stock esc? Care to share just bought my k969
I just plugged it into where the servo goes plugged in then the gyro I plug in the servo

I feel you it's so hard to hold them I reccomend you using a magnet so that every screw you take out just throw it on the magnet you won't loose them anymore.
Bro where do you get the front set, my front thingy the black one 2 of them that connect with the one who steers, it bumps into the front one so the receiver mount didn't really work i see your front set was nothing underneath where do you bought it or how do you make it?
