Meal plan, shop, & cook for a family of 3
I share all of our dinners for a full week and a few lunch options. (5 dinners and 3 lunches) Plus, you will see I purchased steak and sweet potatoes, but I didn't film that meal since it was pretty basic.

I usually shop once a week and meal plan based on what is leftover from the week before. The first night I cooked leftover chicken breast from the week before.
