There are no words...I watched you do this going, 'oh wow. oh wow...oh my goodness! WOW!!!!!"
You have given my chrome powders and my stamping plates a WHOLE new meaning!!!! You deserve an award for sharing this one! THANK YOU!!!
Wow they are so beautiful. That second holo Set was EVERYTHING! Just stunning. I had no idea u could do this and I can’t believe I didn’t think of it myself haha can’t wait to try this tonight!
Thank you Jessica! Yes, the holo one works really well on dark colors! I wish everyone could see how it looked in real life, because I was unable to show the sparkly holo on camera.
Thanks you for sharing this. I had no idea you could stamp with the powders. Now that I know this, I will have to buy some and do this. Gorgeous!!!
Yes, definitely try 😍 it's so easy and the possibilities are endless.
Absolutely amazing! I just bought neon powders and will be trying this!
This is brilliant! I had no idea you could stamp with powder! I'm going to try it right now!
Thank you so much for this video it has been so helpful and answers a lot of my questions I will not use gel polish , I have all the stamping stuff but have no joy with the stamper or the plates I must keep trying , thank you again xx
I fail at the foils, so this is definitely a great alternative. Can’t wait to try 🙃
Look for a video something like dazzle dry nail foils.. anyway if you still have your nail foils cut a small piece flip it over and apply directly to it either no wipe gel polish and cure or I use wet and wild clear nail protector so I don't have to use the lamp anyway this will create a decal and it'll peel off perfectly no more desorted design.. I hope this works for you as well 🥰
Best stamping video ever.
Absolutely brilliant! Easy, economical, less clean-up, and beautiful! Thank you!
They both turned out awesome
What a cool technique! I never would have thought to use the powders that way.
Ohhhhh heck didn’t know you can do that see you learning something every day
Thank you so much Vickie! I am glad you learned something from my video 💖
I've seen this technique ages ago on YT. It's one of my faves to do!
What an incredible idea! You’re a genius!
Its looking soo easy even for one like me who is kinda stink doing this kind of things! I appreciate your help and lovely video! Sorry for my English sucks. Not the 1st language but I am try to be better :D Blessing from FL
I use Orly bond too. It's great stuff
Yes, it's amazing! I've actually just gotten it recently, but it was love from the first sight haha
Both are so beautiful..
Es muy bonito, gracias x todos los vídeos que compartes, un saludo desde Sevilla España
Beautiful! I have to try this out!
You should definitely try this! It's pretty easy and you can get amazing effects!
Wow, very pretty.
You make me want to try this again. The times I have tried it so far my stamper didn't pick it up and it was just a total mess. Maybe if I used a soft sticky stamper?
+JayKB yes try using different stampers. I've just used a clear stamper and it worked out well. I hope you will find the one that works for you ❤
That is flipping genius! I will try that for sure!
Paulina's Passions unfortunately it didn’t, when I scraped my plate all my powder was removed and whatever was left my stamper didn’t pock up. I do not have the quality powder that you do.
I'm SO happy to find you on UA-cam!! 😻💖 Thank you for this tutorial! You're super creative!!! 👏👏😸💗💞💋✨
Absolutely gorgeous mani! I've been wanting to try this technique thanks for sharing!
Just the video I needed!! Thank you!!
Stunning
Wow, this is amazing! I wonder if it would work as beautifully with other powders? Like neon pigment powders, mermaid/Aurora powders and all regular chrome powders? 🤔 I definitely need to try this!
Yes I know I'm late but this works great with all powders.. I like to apply the powder to the stamper then stamp normally I have better results that way 🥰
I love this technique, must try 😍😍😍
I will definitely try this technique 😊
Super tutorial thanks liked and subscribed
So gorgeous 😍 Definitely going to give this a try!!
What kind of top coat should one use over powder stamping? Water-based, no smudge, or just regular top coat? Great idea! Thanks for sharing.
I'd go for a water based top coat and once that's dried follow with a regular glossy top coat.
Pretty
That's so cool
Wow!!!! Amazing!! Thank you!!! ❤
Very cool! Beautiful!
Thank you for this video...i wasnt having any luck rubbing it into the nail...at least this way i know what i am doing!!
Sexyharlem125 You can use any gel top coat that doesn't require to wipe the sticky residue. Use a make up sponge to apply. Chrome does not work with top coats that requires wiping.
I lnew that however i was still having a problem...no worries now with this method
Have you tried a different top coat? I noticed that not all top coats without the dispersion layer work equally well. Also, don't put too much powder, just a gentle tap in the jar will do. I hope this helps.
Yes i have and i have been doing my own nails at home for over 5 years..started out with acrylics and now i found my nitch with gel polishes so yes i have tried different top coats...this way seems to be sure fire...i already have everything so i will give it a try and let you know how it turns out
Just coming thru to let you know i did this over gel polish...loving my mani right now!!!
Love it 💕
Hi Paulina! May I ask what type of scraper did you use with this technique? Thick/Firm or Thin/Flexible? Your mani's turned out incredibly beautiful both ways. :) Thanks for sharing!
Hi there. Thank you for your comment. I love using thin and flexible stampers for pretty much everything, so here I also used one. I should have mentioned this in the video, so thanks for asking.
Paulina's Passions Thank you for your reply. Thin, flexible scrapers are my fave too, so I might try this technique. Thx again! ;)
So beautiful! 😍😍
New subbie.because of this video. Great idea. Tfs.
Thank you for this video! I have a bunch of holographic powders and I'm not sure what to do with them but this would be great.
Update: I tried it and I can't get it to work. The powder won't fill in the design and sticks to the plate surface.
@@PaulinasPassions I got some holographic powders from Amazon years ago. I'm wondering if they're not fine enough or something. Is there a brand that you found works best?
Yes, that might be an issue. I really like the powders from What's Up Nails.
@@houseofschenck6230 try applying your powders directly to your stamper then stamp as normal.. all of my pigments are from Amazon and this method works great for pigment stamping.. I know I'm Soo late but I figured I'd comment anyhow just in case you haven't tried this method yet 🥰
@simplynailogical
omg! this is sooo pretty!! i'm going to try this!! i'm guessing this can be done with any chrome powders?
Thank you, Yvonne. Yes, I have tried it with all chrome powders and they all work pretty well (maybe except the Aurora powder, as it has a different texture and it's not as fine).
that's good to know about. i have the Elite99 chrome powder and this will be my first time stamping.
I can’t wait to try this! What did you use as a top coat on the regular nails to not ruin the powder? I don’t think I see it in the description. xx
💖
😍
Show!
What about if it is a gel w no sticky layer, non wipe gel?
You can add a top coat with a sticky layer or use a special gel for such powders called Effect Base.
@simplynailogical, have you seen this?

What happens if you put a gel top coat and don't cure it ?
The ladies below and right! Plus it's not safe to wear uncured gel on the nails!
💕😯💕
But why the funeral home music...
Paulina's Passions What stamper do you use? Very cool technique btw, I wasn't trying to hate lol
It's a clear stamper from Bundle Monster. Everything is listed in the description box.
My favorite lately is from MoYou London or the new Holo Stamper from Creative Shop.
Love this!
💯% first person I've seen stamp with powder...fantastic
Thanks Melissa! 😘 Not sure if I was first, I think I've seen this before, but I can't remember where
