Kristin, great video and great ideas (as usual!). I have a similar system. I highly recommend buying enough pouches and folders to go up to 12th grade. This way everything will match and you won't run into a store not carrying a certain color or item any more (and then mess up your entire color system!). You are my favorite youtuber! Yay Gold Project!!!!

What a great way to keep school memories organized! Wish I had been so smart, because if you don't organize them as they occur, you never seem to make time later. I have boxes of memories, but so...o...o NOT organized. Great tip for mothers of young children!

What are the size of the vinyl envelopes? I am going to add those to my system for my 4 girls

Love the system, but what do you do if Kate makes something that's bigger than the folders? Like something on construction paper etc.??
I probably should've mentioned that in the video. :( She has several big things in her pouches. A few I was able to trim down to fit in sheet protectors. The others, I folded gently and place in the pouch.

It is the letter size. If you click the link, it has three sizes available. I got the middle letter size. :)
Thanks for sharing! What did/do you plan on doing with the papers that are too big for the envelopes? I have some art pieces that are 12x18 that I'm not sure what to do with.
I folded them. I had Kate look through everything with me. I got rid of the ones she didn't want. The ones she wanted, I gently folded.

You can find those pouch from Daiso for $1.50
Is that an online place?
+The Gold Project it's a $1.50 Japanese store. I don't know if there's one close by where you live but in California there's a couple of them. I live close to one and I see those similar pouch from pink and yellow color.
I wish I lived close to one. :(
