Have you got details of the wall mount
The bracket was specially done by a local metal fabricator We need heavy duty brackets at the gym
I stopped training for a while because i injured my shoulder, any recommendations on getting it better so i can get back to training?
Have you had physio on it Had a professional look at it and give you exercises to help

That bag looks like it would go flying if i hit it. Im used to hitting the ringside 200 pound bag but need a really heavy wrecking ball for uppercuts
Hit it when it comes towards you...or when it's furthest away so you have to hold it up with your punches
