I find it interesting that drainage is so important when it comes to this plant. I have not seen importance this heavily placed on this aspect before.

Very surprising to hear that rosemary needed to have very good drainage. I have alsway assumed it would just take whatever mother nature threw at it!

It is tolerant to salt spray
