@@Alki777 man, who took a crap in your cornflakes. I was just complimenting the guy having done similar work. It takes a lot of patience, cleaning, fitting, and checking tolerances to get this kind of result with almost no visible glue lines. And then a very good working knowledge of your machine and a built up process to do all that effeciently. Like they say, you don't pay the guy to push the button, you pay him for knowing exactly what buttons to push and when.
I can say with all certainty these are the best cutting boards in the world. The level of achievement you've hit is amazing. Thanks for all the videos for inspiration when I get my CNC. I would like to know how much wood you have invested in this board, how many hours it took and what it could sell for. Enquiring minds want to know. Thanks.
Wow, just when I think I'm getting somewhere on my level of cnc inlay work, someone comes along and knocks me back to reality. Beautiful Man! This is awesome.
Exactly, this is incredible. It's like the average Joe thinking he is getting pretty good at skateboarding and then goes and watches a pros drop into a 20 ft tall half pipe.
Beautiful piece of Art by Broinwood, your brush is all those intricate cut paths & your canvas & paint are wood colours coming together makes amazing result.
All of your work is simply amazing. I’ve been looking at your videos for several months, they have inspired me to get into CNC routing and I’m just about to order my first CNC. Thanks for keeping us entertained over the past year. Your skills are next level!

I hate this channel so much. My expectations keep getting shattered on what custom inlay can be. Its beautiful, bro. Never stop making such beautiful boards and videos
I have been watching your channel a good while now I have a Laguna iq and plan to do a couple of these for family But I have a problem, im watching with to too much intensity. Once a little dust covers the piece I start blowing on my phone like that will help. Or if there is a little glare on the recording I start moving my phone around to get rid of the glare You do some really nice work. I'm trying to figure out on your toolpaths if you are centered on the lines or offset. Also depth has got to factor in. I'll figure it out once I make a couple attempts though. I really appreciate your telling the bit you are using Great job sir
Big fan of your work. Curious, would running an extra finish pass make it so you don't need any knife work to clean out any stragglers? Not even to remove additional material but just running the last path again at some stupid fast speed like 300ipm
Is there a particular beneficial reason you run the board through the drum sander for the last bit of removal rather than using a surfacing bit on the cnc to remove it before you start sanding?
I would love to see how you clamp the inlay into the board after glueing. Thanks for showing the feeds and speeds of the bits. That has been a great help to me. You do great work and it's very inspirational.
He does not have to clamp the two together because they are pressure fit the bit is angled in such a way that the top and bottom fit together like a dove tail once he hammers it down with the glue it’s permanently together.
This is SO beautiful. I have some dumb questions from my side please. When you Zero out the Z axis, are you using the puck or are you doing manually by sight? Next, I am assuming you are using layers in Vcarve? How do you know what part to layer?
Fantastic board man. Well done! How much time do you spend picking out the debris with the Xacto knife? Have you tried running the exact same tool path a 2nd time? Not sure it would work but if it does, it would save a lot of non-machine time.
I noticed you have moved from using the drum sander to using the CNC for flattening the tops before using the palm sander to finish the cutting boards. Do you get better results with that? Notice no difference? Or just more convenient? Or is it piece specific?
As a wood worker, and I have machining nims certs. This blows my mind, so I’m assuming the male parts are tapered? I think I seen that at the start. Great choices on the wood as well! Came out gorgeous. If you wanna know if it’s worth watching it sure is.
Bro, great work! I’m astounded by the detail in your pieces. I keep getting corners knocked off but I’m doing edge grain projects with raised features. I tried an inlay at it was not good lol. How deep are your inlays? Are you using advanced software like vectric aspire? I notice some of your inlays are with end mills. What’s your take on v-carve. I got three Amana tool 46280 bits from your affiliate marketing link. My pockets cut well but my plugs have tear out. Any advice?
How to find inlay parameters.

Whoever dares to cut anything on these boards should be prosecuted by law.

Smart method with the angled cuts to never have gaps between pieces. Is it hard to handle tear out sometimes?

These videos have been super informative. So does using the smaller angle v bit simply allow the ability to carve more detail?
