The fishermen cards are all pretty bad, I don't play them in my umi deck and I am diamond without even trying hard. You can use kashtira ogre which is water and a free special summon, banish a card every turn from your opponents top 5 deck and I also play the gameciel kaijus which is another water and can remove enemy boss monsters for free. Also another great 1 of monster is that doom kraken which can negate attack without umi on the field and with umi it can swap place with any water on your field as a quick effect and than pop an enemy monster
