You’re very good with spider anatomy. He may be big but well proportioned. I’m impressed with the spiders legs. Properly jointed, and you know how a spider would position his legs. He’s terrifyingly well made.
I hope those two climbers are actually rappelling down instead, because climbing would imply they actively chose to climb up past a cave filled with massive spider webs directly beneath an ancient spider symbol. 🙂 Love the spider!

Every day is another day to be grateful that we live in the timeline that spiders are not capable of growing to this size due to oxygen content in the atmosphere. Love the diorama though, it's awesome!

My tarantulas do this exact pose when they are about to pounce on their prey! It is crazy how fast they are when they strike the human eye can’t even see them move. They strike like a cobra! One of my favorite tarantulas will freeze in this pose then… wap! Dinner time!
You have made something that both terrifies and impresses well done, and I doubt you thought about it but the ruin, was the creators of it aware of the spider and built it as a warning or where they just spider obsessed and the giant spider moved in after escaping hell?
Who ever made that warning Giant Spider sign on that cliff most have been like: *holds spider off with one leg* "Oh stop it Jeffrey, I try to warn people from you!"

Nice diorama, situation makes me thrilled, but there is a question about logical consistency, like didn't those climbers noticed huge spider net? I think that after seeing that cave, every normal human should run in fear from that mountain

Yikes, that spider is horrible. I mean it is a horror, just as if it was prepared for a movie. A movie I would never watch, could never watch, aaaahhhhhhh where is the exit???
I hate that you gave the eyes top and bottom eyelids. They shouldve been wide open like an ogre spider. It just looks goofy. Spiders dont have expressive faces.
As a person that is totally scared of spiders, this is just pure nightmare fuel. I will say though that your sculpt is amazing!!
