I prob said this the other day already, but this little girl is def one of the most adorable I have ever seen, & she totally makes me smile 😊 Once again, kudos to you, mom and dad, cuz this little angel has such a willingness to try all different foods already (and very healthy ones at that!) & her wonderful personality shines thru!! It is precious the way she narrates her whole dinner…And that smile when she says please… I just can’t ❤❤

She did eat some of the salmon - maybe more than I would have! She knew all of the foods except the honeydew and even knew colors! She is learning quickly, well and early! You have a right to be proud and to show her off. You are wonderful parents!

Sophia this was such an adorable video to watch but also seeing her sense of humour beginning to grow. She sung a little with the no more pasta , then hot cucumbers several times , no more tatoes, then finalie was grabing her last few beans before daddy could take her plate. Babygirl has an expanding palate of healthy foods that she truly loves to eat and she knows what she is eating by their name. She amazes me, I love to watch her eat all of the veggies, plant based foods and fruits. It can assure the parents that she will probably maintain that type of diet as she grows older & throughout her life. 😂 Absolutely hilarious meal tonight Miss Sophia. Starting off with her funny little cheeky (cheeky as in cute not as in naughty) grin that was full of mystery. I love that she still enjoys identifying each ingredient on her plate. Developing - her knowledge on food, her memory, her vocabulary, her identification skills. She was very funny when she appeared to be finished and then suddenly - oh no, there’s green beans, she was speedy Gonzales with picking them up and eating them. Her facial expressions throughout were so varied and delightful throughout. She is really becoming her own little person. I love that she decides when she has eaten enough and that you do not force her to eat everything. I love that you didn’t make her eat the remainder of the salmon or tell her no dessert until you eat everything. Her “green cucumbers” was funny. Cucumbers is such a hard word yo say for toddlers, even children age 5 have trouble saying it yet Sophia broke it down almost into syllables as her way of pronouncing it and then repeated it as the word with a fluidity to it. Green cucumber for the melon fruit .. you and your husband and eldest daughter must feel blessed and filled with joy every day because of Sophia. She truly is a ray of sunshine for you and your family and for her extended Internet Family ❤ 🇦🇺💚
I enjoy these videos. My son eats healthy too and it's so nice to see other parents sharing healthy foods as well. I also enjoy your voice over... its almost like your whispering (not to disturb her) and it's pleasing while we watch your daughters joy and beauty. I find that my daughter won't eat salmon if I mess with it too much. That generally means she only eats salmon that I lightly season with vegetable bouillon, then fry in a pan.
